Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By signing up your child to one of The Paintbrush programs, you agree to abide by all Paintbrush rules and regulations as well as the below conditions.

CONDITIONS OF ENROLLMENT

 

• No refunds will be given for missed days/weeks from clubs including unforeseen circumstances.

• Parents will be responsible for any and all medical bills incurred during clubs.

• The Paintbrush will not be held responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen or left behind in the studio. 

• The Paintbrush will assume no responsibility in the event that an article of clothing or shoes gets damaged from non-washable paint. In general, we will update you by email to let you know when we will be painting with non-washable paint.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Photographs and/or video will be taken at clubs. Videos or photos may be shared on our Instagram page or web page. We will not publish a picture of your childs face on our feed unless we have explicit permission to do so. However we may post videos and photos on our story, which disappears after 24 hours.

MEDICAL AUTHORIZATION

I authorize any staff members to make medical decisions on behalf of my child in the case of emergency or if I cannot be reached.
